Job Description

What we're looking for

In this role, you will not just be looking at the technology, but focusing heavily on enablement and execution.

Your primary mission is to ensure that AI projects transition smoothly from experimental phases into bringing daily business operations impact. Your proactiveness is expected to identify internal friction points (whether technical, operational, cross-departmental, or cultural), this role act as the ultimate problem solver to clear the path for successful AI adoption.

Key Responsibilities (What Need To Be Done)

  • Analyze current operational workflows to determine how and where AI tools can be seamlessly embedded without causing disruptions.
  • Champion internal adoption by creating training programs, documentation, and workshops to help non-technical teams comfortably use and trust new AI tools.
  • Proactively hunt for and diagnose internal bottlenecks (e.g., data access limitations, legacy software constraints, lack of team alignment, or unclear requirements) holding up AI deployment.
  • Convene the right stakeholders to swiftly resolve roadblocks related to data privacy, ethics, and system integrations.
  • Gather internal user feedback on deployed AI solutions, translate frustrations into technical requirements, and prioritize fixes with the AI development team.
  • Help prioritize internal AI requests based on feasibility, business impact, and resource availability.
  • Define and track operational KPIs to ensure that integrated AI tools are actively saving time, reducing costs, or improving internal output.

Key Requirements (What skill required)

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in technical project management, digital transformation, software implementation, or business analysis.
  • Proven experience working alongside data scientists, engineers, or product teams delivering AI/ML or automation solutions.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
  • Strong technical literacy to understand AI limitations and architecture, combined with excellent communication skills to explain complex concepts simply to business stakeholders.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with a proven track record of managing cross-functional stakes, navigating company politics, and driving consensus without direct authority.
  • A natural knack for problem-solving; someone who doesn't just see a delay, but digs in to find the specific technical or bureaucratic root cause and fixes it.
