What we're looking for

  • The Product Manager is responsible for driving the end-to-end development, launch, and optimisation of the products that deliver strong user adoption, ecosystem growth, and revenue outcomes. This role translates product vision and business strategy into scalable, user-centric solutions while balancing commercial, technical, regulatory, and operational constraints.
  • Working closely with cross-functional teams, founders, and partners, the Product Manager plays a critical role in shaping product strategy, executing launches, and identifying growth and monetisation opportunities. The role also contributes to future creative and experimental initiatives that enhance how users, projects, and partners engage with the Product.

Key Responsibilities (What Need To Be Done)

Product Development & Lifecycle

  • Develop and deliver product solutions aligned with the product vision, Product strategy, and ecosystem roadmap, in close collaboration with involving stakeholders.
  • Ensure product solutions are:
    Valuable - Users, founders, and partners choose to adopt and participate.Viable - Commercially sound and aligned with business, tokenomics, regulatory, and operational constraints.Usable - Intuitive and accessible across user journeys.Feasible - Executable within current technical and engineering capabilities.
  • Own the full product lifecycle, including ideation, requirement definition, technical development, testing, launch, and post-launch optimisation.

Revenue, Growth & Business Impact

  • Partner with business, marketing, and operations teams to design and optimise product-led revenue streams.
  • Define, track, and analyse revenue-related and growth KPIs, such as conversion rates, participation volume, retention, engagement, and lifetime value.
  • Identify and validate growth and monetisation opportunities through experimentation, feature enhancements, pricing considerations, and new launch or participation formats.
  • Support go-to-market strategies to maximise commercial outcomes for both the company and ecosystem partners.

Insights, Research & Due Diligence

  • Build deep understanding of users, founders, and ecosystem stakeholders, informed by qualitative research, data analysis, and on-chain/off-chain insights.
  • Monitor post-launch performance and user behaviour, continuously improving reporting, dashboards, and decision-making processes.
  • Conduct data-driven decision making through experimentation, measurement, and analysis.
  • Contribute to project and product due diligence, assessing readiness, UX risks, scalability, and alignment with launchpad standards.

Cross-Functional & Stakeholder Collaboration

  • Work closely with engineering, design, creative, marketing, business development, operations, and legal/compliance teams to drive product outcomes.
  • Influence teammates, stakeholders, and senior leadership through data, structured logic, and clear storytelling, particularly around trade-offs, risks, and priorities.
  • Act as a product advocate for users and founders while balancing long-term business sustainability.

Strategic, Leadership & Ecosystem Mindset

  • Contribute to high-level product and ecosystem strategy in partnership with product leadership and executive teams.
  • Lead projects by defining milestones, managing dependencies, and delivering well-scoped initiatives that achieve measurable business results.
  • Contribute to future creative and experimental initiatives, including new product formats, engagement experiences, and ecosystem-led concepts that differentiate the launchpad.
  • Stay up-to-date with Web3 trends, blockchain technologies, and emerging product and design practices, translating insights into actionable improvements.

Additional Responsibilities

  • Support ad hoc tasks and strategic initiatives as required by the company, particularly those related to innovation, ecosystem expansion, or new revenue opportunities.

Key Requirements (What skill required)

  • Minimum 4 years of proven working experience in Product Management, with hands-on ownership across the full product lifecycle from ideation and delivery to launch and optimization.
  • Preferably to have academic background Bachelor Degree in Engineering/Computer Science
  • Experience collaborating with business or commercial teams to drive revenue-linked product initiatives and measurable business results.
  • Strong analytical mindset with experience using data, experimentation, and user insights to inform decisions, measure success, and continuously improve products.
  • Capable of contributing to strategic planning and future-facing creative or experimental initiatives, translating ideas into feasible product or experience concepts.
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and leadership through clear logic, structured thinking, and data-backed recommendations.
